Red cotton drill top, with black/red/white tartan pleated frill. Hem of skirt is raw edge and designed to fray over time.
Large metal eyelet lacing on each side, with grosgrain ribbon.
Trimmed with black cotton pleat frill, mesh pieces and eyelet tape.
