Do you do custom orders?
No, unfortunately we cannot do custom orders. We also cannot take orders for a different size or colour of our listed products, nor can we alter the size of existing products for you.
I need help with sizing
We include size charts (where possible) and sizing advice on each product to help you choose the right size.
Top Tips for Finding Your Size:
- Use a tape measure to measure your bust/waist/hips. Comparing your measurements to the size chart will help to give you the best idea of what size will fit.
If you are not able to measure yourself, lay a similar item of clothing that fits you well and measure that flat across, making sure to double the measurement - Check the material description. Fabrics like jersey, elastane etc will have some stretch to them, and the description will list if the stretch is slight, medium or super stretchy.
- Look for the fit style. Check to see if something is fitted, standard or oversized to help decide whether to size up, down or stick to your usual size.

Do you do ‘change of mind’ returns?
No, we do not accept ‘change of mind’ returns so please choose carefully, and make sure you double check the size against your measurements. For our full return policy please click here
I have received a faulty item, what do I do?

Do you ship outside of Australia?
Currently we ship to NZ, USA and Canada, and may add more locations in the future. Unfortunately we do not ship to the UK or EU countries. For our full shipping info please click here
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to pack & dispatch all orders as soon as possible, so please contact us immediately if you require a change. Unfortunately if you don't contact us quickly it may be too late.
Do you have a store I can visit?
We are an online store only, however we do make a couple of appearances at local events each year, so follow our socials for where we will be!
Can I do local pick up?
At this stage we are unable to offer this option.
Packaging - Recycle & Reuse - Wherever possible we will either use compostable satchels or we will reuse & recycle all clean packing materials that we receive, including boxes, bubble wrap etc. We use these in our outgoing orders, so if you receive a box that has already been used, please understand that we are trying to reuse & recycle as much as we can.
