Shipping policy
Shipping Information
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 days however, during sale times, after a public holiday or during busy periods, we may take extra time to get your order out.
All orders include tracking numbers. Your package will be left without signature in a safe place. We are unable to provide credits, refunds or replacements for stolen parcels.
If your order gets returned to us we will contact you to let you know. We are happy to reship it for you, however if the reason it was not delivered is no fault of Velvet Web Clothing, then we will have to charge you the additional shipping cost to resend it. Alternatively, we can issue you a credit for the item/s minus any and all shipping and handling fees incurred by us.
We cannot reimburse the shipping cost for orders that are Returned to Sender due to being unclaimed, an incorrect address or other reason that is not the result of an error on the part of Velvet Web Clothing or the nominated courier.
International Shipping
WE SHIP TO : Australia, Canada, New Zealand. Our hope is to expand this in the future to other countries, and are currently working on a solution on the USA.
PLEASE NOTE: International Shipping is based on weight and location. We use Australia Post for International delivery. The shipping costs will be calculated and shown at Checkout.
All import taxes, brokerage fees & duties are payable by the customer. Velvet Web Clothing does not cover these fees. If you are unsure of your country’s import laws, please contact your country's customs department to find the information on importing from Australia. If an international parcel is returned to us due to unpaid import taxes, duties or any other costs or reasons imposed by the destination country, or if the parcel is refused acceptance, we will provide a store credit excluding delivery costs upon receipt of the parcel back to Velvet Web Clothing.
We do not refund or cover any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.
